RN, Registered Nurse - Family Birthing & Special Care Nursery
The registered nurse (RN) plans, coordinates and implements patient care specific to the age of the patient population served in the Family Birthing Center & Special Care Nursery. The RN ensures that quality care is provided in an efficient and safe manner, consistent with departmental standards of care. The RN demonstrates performance consistent with the mission, philosophy and goals of the assigned unit and the organization. He/she remains flexible to changing systems - is expected to demonstrate quality and effectiveness in work habits and clinical practices, and treats staff, physicians, patients and families with consideration and respect.
Graduate of a school of nursing with a current Washington license as an rn, registered nurse.
Minimum: Associates Degree or Diploma Required; Bachelors Degree preferred.
Current AHA HCP card, PALS and NRP required.
$15,000 sign-on bonus offered to RNs with 1-3 years of experience
$20,000 sign-on bonus offered to RNs with 3+ years of experience
