Essential Duties and Responsibilities for the Clinical Supervisor - Master's Degree - ABA:


The Clinical Behavioral Services ABA Supervisor works with the Director of Behavioral Services and a team of Behavioral Technicians and Program Coordinators to provide a range of applied behavior analytic (ABA) assessment and clinical services for children, adolescents and adults with autism spectrum disorders and related developmental disabilities. 
The ABA Supervisor consults, provides training to caregivers, conducts behavioral evaluations of clients and designs behavior and individual support plans for clients. The BCBA Supervisor is responsible for coordinating, scheduling, communicating and continually evaluating the effectiveness of functional assessments, behavioral evaluations, behavior plans, and individual education plans for clients on their caseload. As a supervisor, a ABA Supervisor is a clinical teacher who educates, observes, assesses, and supervises the educational activities and service delivery of Behavioral Technicians and Program Coordinators. 

Currently, we are seeking a Clinical Supervisor. 



  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and running ABA programs

  • Develop new programs and perform ongoing adjustments to current programs as needed

  • Provide field supervision to Behavior Therapist as required for cases

  • Support staff in meeting productivity requirements

  • Write performance evaluations of Behavior Technicians

  • Available to parents, senior therapist and staff by phone when there is an emergency or urgent need

  • Partners with the Clinical Director to develop and implement Behavior Support Plans as needed

  • Produces progress reports and treatment plans to meet the requirements and submission timelines of regulatory agencies and funding sources

  • Must attend staff meetings, trainings, and other meetings as requested. Responsible to complete additional job duties as assigned by Manager

  • Motivated to lead by example

  • Flexible work schedule with reasonable expectations of billable hours


Required Qualifications :


  • Master’s Degree in Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, Applied Behavioral Analysis, or related program

  • 1-3 years of demonstrated clinical management
